The "Tbilisi Boulevard" project is set to transform the Tbilisi Sea shoreline by introducing a 127-room aparthotel, managed under an international brand. Nestled within the "Tbilisi Boulevard" development, the aparthotel promises to enchant with its prime location that melds natural beauty with modern infrastructure. It will feature an extensive array of dining, shopping, and leisure facilities, all anchored by a breathtaking coastal promenade along the Tbilisi Sea. The project opening is scheduled for 2027.
