As Booking.com expanded its presence in Georgia to align with the country’s growing tourism sector, the company required a new office space in Tbilisi that reflected its global standards, supported operational needs, and created a functional and inspiring work environment. The challenge was to relocate and fit out the space efficiently while managing all design and execution complexities.

Cushman & Wakefield Georgia was appointed as the project manager for the relocation and fit-out of Booking.com’s new Tbilisi office.
Key responsibilities included:

  • Fit-out and design management in collaboration with architectural firm MUA – Multiverse Architecture

  • Overseeing all stages of the process to ensure design quality, timely execution, and cost control

Providing Booking.com with a seamless, end-to-end real estate project management service to streamline decision-making and reduce operational burden
