Cushman & Wakefield has been recently assigned to manage the leasing campaign of the first modern shopping center in Zugdidi.
The project is set to introduce the first contemporary, full-service shopping center in Zugdidi, combining fashion retail, hypermarket, F&B units and other stores under one roof. Negotiations are currently underway with major brand operators with established presence on the Georgian market.
Blox is the developer behind the project. Construction process will start this month and end by the end of the year. Total projected investment is 6 million USD, with developable area exceeding 15,000 square meters.
The project will provide employment opportunities on the local job market while also contributing to the economic growth of the region.
